Hi, I’m Nicole—the Founder & CEO of Real & Worthy, LLC. First and foremost, my most important "clients" call me Mommy! I am a proud BIPOC-identified Certified Professional Coach (CPC), tenured professor, entrepreneur, and scholar with over 20 years of experience in higher education, leadership development, and DEI&B strategy. Born and raised in Passaic, NJ, I am a proud Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) alumna with a deep commitment to creating access and equity for historically oppressed and marginalized communities.

My identities as a woman of color and first-generation college graduate are central to my mission and values. I am on a mission to disrupt and dismantle the limiting impostor syndrome narrative, empowering women to embrace their innate power and realize their highest potential. I believe all women are WORTHY of unconditional joy, love, peace, and praise—and that they already possess everything they need to succeed.

Who I am and what I do are deeply aligned with my calling to serve. I am a mother, wife, mentor, friend, daughter, sister, and champion of BIPOC and first-generation trailblazers who are breaking barriers every day. With a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, an M.A. in Counseling, and a B.A. in Psychology, along with certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Qualified Administrator (QA) of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), I bring a unique combination of lived experience and professional expertise to my work.

My passion for leadership development and DEI&B strategy guides my daily practice. Whether working with schools, corporations, or nonprofit organizations, I am dedicated to creating systemic change and fostering inclusive environments.
