Uniquely Curated Coaching Packages

Uniquely Curated Coaching Packages •

1:1 Executive Coaching Packages

Coaching packages created using the framework of the Academy of Creative Coaching’s Four Pillars of Creative Change

Human Wholeness:

I practice using an identity-based lens, honoring, and affirming the role that my clients’ identities (race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, religion, ability status, age, etc.) play in their overall development while acknowledging their lived experiences within their environments and systems in which they live and work.

Cultural competence:

I fully acknowledge the implicit biases that may exist within individuals (myself included), organizations, and our communities. Therefore, I believe in the necessity of continued self-reflection and ongoing training to reduce biases and increase cultural competence and humility.

Creative solutions:

I believe my clients already have the answers they need to solve their own problems and attain their goals. I view myself as a tool to help guide already existing answers out of my clients.

Invigorative Leadership:

I firmly believe that transformative change should happen at the individual and organizational levels. Therefore, my mission is to reach my clients individually while offering services to help organizations that serve them.
